The Russian-American Chamber of Commerce® owns a federal trademark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for its name. This grants us the exclusive right nationwide to use our name as your leading trade association promoting U.S.-Russian trade. Do not be confused by other organizations that may represent themselves as being a division or branch of our Chamber. Some of these groups may also imitate our mission, conferences and literature under similarly worded names for their groups, despite not being authorized to do so. We are not affiliated in any way with similarly named groups in Washington, D.C. or Chicago or in any other city in the U.S. or Russia.

We will continue to take steps as needed to stop trademark infringements by some organizations posing their membership offerings, activities and products as ours. We encourage you to look for our distinctive logo and references to our Denver, Colorado-based National Headquarters and Leadville facility (no authorized branches exist at this time).
